Fireplace Upgrade Including Limestone Surround

I cannot praise this company enough. Being a perfectionist myself I was unsure about my purchase/ service particularly as I have LPG gas. Wes & the team provide mock up pictures & detailed advice, good old fashioned professional service at its best. The installation was undertaken with care & attention to the highest standards by Wes & Ryan with safety being their first concern. They were very courteous & the reception team were also very helpful. & kept in regular contact. If you’re unsure about who to choose to fit your new fire, look no further you won’t beat this service & price.

All staff really helpful and did all what we asked of them and went the extra mile in making sure the fireplace was made to our request including a home visit prior to ordering to ensure everything was 100% accurate. After visiting 7 other fireplace centres we were lucky to visit Rotherham fireplace centre, saved the best till last springs to mind. Kelly was great, talked us through the features of the fire we were interested in but then stood back to let us talk together for our thoughts. Survey was arranged and Wes was also very professional, so much so we ordered our electric hole in the wall fire to replace our existing gas one, work to be done in 2 weeks, confident it will be a fabulous job. This was not an easy installation for all sorts of reasons out of our control, to do with gas supply and lintels. The chaps stuck at it and did a splendid job. Their pleasant good humour in the face of many aggravations saw us through and the filthy thing they removed has left no trace, thanks to their really neat and excellent clearing up. From first finding the underfloor gas supply to explaining how to use the hand set, we felt they did their best to do a good job. I think they deserve a gold star for perseverance!

We had the guys from Rotherham Fireplace Centre fit a wood burner and also an LPG stove a couple of weeks ago and I have to say they were amazing. Wes and the guys were here over a couple of days and I couldn't fault their professionalism, quality, care and expertise. Both jobs weren't particularly easy installs, with one having some serious roof alterations (we live in an area that's quite exposed) and the LPG stove had a fairly complicated route from the gas tanks to the site of the stove. But nothing was too much trouble. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions and Wes was very helpful telling us all the information before we made our decision. Having the stoves installed has made our new house into a home as the lounge and the kitchen both now have a focal point that has turned both rooms into two amazing spaces. I would highly recommend these guys if you need anything relating to heating your home.
